CEREMONY

Change in Plans?

Guess What?  We've moved the location we are planning to have our wedding ceremony.  We figured a June wedding deserved a nice outdoor setting at one of the most beautiful parks in Sacramento.  We will be holding our ceremony in Area 22.  The area is north (left in the picture below) of the Fish Pond and Grove common areas.

There will be 11 other weddings at the park that day so make sure you go to the right area.  We have tried to pick a spot with as much shade as possible and will have ice cold bottled water available at the ceremony.  We will be trying to engineer some other methods of keeping everyone cool during the ceremony as well.

The wedding will begin promptly at 2:00 PM and last until about 2:30.  Please be on time, all our guest are important and we want to make sure everyone is there so we can get started.  Following the ceremony, the wedding party will do some picture taking, etc...  As we are expecting (the worst) lot of heat that day, our guests are excused to move quickly to the air conditioned reception at South Pointe where cool drinks and appetizers will be waiting for you.

Parking:  There are several parking garages located between 'L' Street and 'K' Street Mall.  We recommend using them as searching for street parking can take up a lot of your time.

15th Street is a one way heading north (left on the figure), 'L' Street is a one way heading west (down the figure below). 10th Street is a one way heading south (right on the figure) and 'N' Street is a one way heading east (up on the figure).
